Refund Policy: Although our web shop shows products as in "In Stock" we dont have every item made. 

• We have to make to order and there isnt a shop option for saying "Custom Made".

• We quite clearly state "Made To Fit" a particiular item or state dimensions in MM and in some cases show the products on a ruler.

With this in mind and based on a recent client ordering multiple products and guessing the size rather than using a measuring device and asking to return them, we do not accept goods to be returned and do not offer any refunds for purchased items as they are considered to be "Custom Made". Unless they have been damaged in the Post and photographic proof will be required.

We go to extreme lengths to manage expectations and provide quality accurate products.
